   This course involves the preparation and serving of decorative foods. Students will use advanced equipment and recipes to prepare delicious dishes - from appetizers to desserts. Meal planning skills will be emphasized. The basic facts of baking and cake decorating will be addressed. Students are expected to sample all prepared foods.
