    This course is designed for students interested in child development as a future profession. Additionally, the students will gain knowledge in sound parenting skills. The students will study the stages of child development. Actual experiences will be achieved by setting up a mini pre-school in class during the second, third, and forth marking  period. Students are required to prepare and develop lesson plans. They will be expected to teach the children in the mini-preschool for a period of one week.
