This course is intended for the serious student who is interested in learning
gourmet cooking techniques. Learn how to "spice" up your meals when
preparing fancy dessert, fruit, vegetable, cheese, meat, and poultry dishes.
Cake decorating and a unit on gingerbread construction will be included. A
sampling of prepared foods is a requirement.
