What is Renaissance?
Renaissance is a National Movement in education practiced in over 5000 schools worldwide. The objectives of Renaissance include empowering students, staff, parents, the community, and businesses to come together to pursue excellence in education. Renaissance seeks to increase GPA and standardized test scores, decrease the number of absences, provide a positive and safe school environment, and encourage involvement in extracurricular and community based organizations. The program also recognizes staff dedication and hard work; moreover, it encourages businesses, community members, and parents to have a direct role in schools.
