David W. Morgan, J.S.C. David graduated from Clearview Regional High School in 1971. He received his B.A. Degree in 1975 from Rutgers University, Camden graduating with Highest Honors and Distinction in Political Science. He then went to the University of Pennsylvania Law School to receive his Jurist Doctor in 1978 and was licensed as an Attorney in the State of New Jersey. He has been a Municipal Judge in Woodbury, Woolwich Township, Swedesboro and Mantua. Dave was licensed to the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, U.S. Tax Court and U.S. District Court and spent 14 years as a former partner and member of Holston, MacDonald, Morgan & Uzdavinis, P.C. in Woodbury, New Jersey. He served as an officer and/or coach in the local Little League, soccer club, YMCA, church, Rotary, Scouts and as Past President of the Woodbury Old City Restoration Committee. He has been the Second Grade Sunday School Teacher at the Presbyterian Church in Woodbury for the last 10 years. Presently, Dave serves as Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division, handling divorces, child custody and support, domestic violence, adoptions and juvenile matters. He lives with his family in Woodbury, New Jersey. |
