The
online sign-up form will be linked to the Clearview home page starting October
6th through October 20th, 2008.
All paperwork which is accessed through the online sign-up link is due by
Friday, October 24, 2008. Students can
sign up during free periods or on their own home computers. If they have
no access to a printer,
students can pick up the hard copies in the Athletic Office, but all sign ups
will be done online.
