Call to Order:
The Worksession/Regular
Meeting of the Clearview Regional Board of Education was called to order at
7:30 p.m. by the President, Mrs. Diane Reuter, in the Administration Building
Public Meeting Room.
Statement
of Public Meeting in Accordance with the New Jersey Public Meetings Act:
It was announced that in
accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act (Chapter 231, P.L. 1975), advance
notice of this meeting has been provided by publishing written notice in the
media and posting notice at the District Administration Building.
Members Present:
Mr. Anderson, Mr.
Betlejewski, Mr. Miller, Mrs. Shappell, Mr. Smith, Mr. Wolk, Mrs. Reuter,
President, Mrs. Carroll, Superintendent and Mr. Horchak, Business
Administrator.

Dr. DeTolla and Mr. Riggs.

Mr. Betlejewski moved,
seconded by Mr. Anderson, that the Board of Education approve the following Finance items:

The bill list for payment as
submitted by the Business Administrator (to be presented at the first March
meeting).
Treasurer's Reports:
The Treasurer's Reports in
accordance with 18A:17-36 and 18A:17-9 for the months of September, October
and November 2005. The Treasurer's Report and Secretary's
Report are in agreement for the months of September, October and November 2005
(Attachment A).

Spring Sports Schedule:
The spring sports season
schedule for all levels.
Hosting the Gloucester County
Times Boys' Tennis Tournament:
Clearview to host the
Gloucester County Times Boys' Tennis Tournament on Saturday, April 29 and
Sunday April 30, 2006 (May 6th & 7th as rain
dates). The tennis courts will need to
be closed to the public from early morning until early evening for this event.

The placement of a 9th
grade student, (TC 30001010) (Student # 2009350), at the Yale School in Cherry Hill,
effective February 6, 2006. Tuition to
be $16,110.00 (86 days @ 187.33)

seconded by Mr. Smith, that the Board of Education adjourn into executive session.
The motion was unanimously
approved.
It is hereby resolved that
the Board of Education will now go into executive session to discuss
personnel/negotiations. Any discussion
held by the Board, which need not remain confidential, will be made public as
soon as practicable. Minutes of the
executive session will not be disclosed until the need for confidentiality no
longer exists. The Board will reconvene
into public session at the conclusion of the closed session.
